We had an amazing time at the hotel, especially enjoying the fantastic food at the buffet and the fun water slides! Though the photos did depict a lively atmosphere, our room was a bit quieter than expected. I'd definitely come back again!

Food was excellent, brekkie and dinner had loads of options every day. The pools are a jol, especially the fun one with the slides! The staff were always keen to help and made us feel right at home.

The steep hills were a bit of a mission when walking back to the room.

the shuttle cars run every 10 minutes around the hotel. restaurant staff were rude sometimes.

While the staff generally were friendly, the service at times felt inconsistent. Accessing some amenities could be cumbersome due to the steep hillside layout, and the gym's lack of air conditioning made workouts less comfortable.

The fun pool was great for the kids, and I loved the aqua aerobics sessions. The hotel is spotless and well-maintained.

I spent 7 nights in a Superior Double Room, and the entertainment offered throughout the day was truly impressive, with engaging activities tailored for families. The mini aqua park was a highlight, providing endless fun for my children as they splashed around on the slides. the dining experience was exceptional. the buffet showcased a variety of well-prepared dishes, and the fresh food at the fun pool bar made for delicious quick meals. I found the nighttime entertainment schedule slightly inconvenient, as the bar closed before the shows ended.
